Shipping Policy

UK Tracked Delivery, 24 Hour Service – £6.00GBP

EU / International Tracked Postage – We operate a Zone System, please check the checkout page and enter your country for up to date pricing.

WE REFUND POSTAGE EXCESS! Sometimes your postage costs a little less that quoted and in such cases, we refund the difference to you 🙂


For same day dispatch, orders must be placed before 1pm for dispatch on the same day. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

All delivery times quoted are in working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Although on occasion our delivery partners, at their discretion, may attempt delivery on Saturday for your added convenience and benefit. All delivery times are estimated, and there is no guarantee of delivery on quoted days. Once goods have been dispatched to you, we are not liable for any delays.


Return Policy

If 30 days have passed since the item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In some situations, a partial refund may be granted:

  • Item is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, any item with the tags removed, seals broken, or any sign of use, will not be refunded
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds Policy

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we are processing your refund. We advise that you use a tracked service to ensure we recieve your return, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered returns.

If you are returning a defective item, or the return is due to a fault of our own, we will cover the shipping costs and provide you with a return label. If the return is due to an unwanted item, or other reason, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

If you have opted for a replacement item, we will advise you of the status of your replacement via email, including tracking information for your replacement product.
